Every March, the beautiful city of Valencia, Spain, comes alive with a festival called Las Fallas. It's much more than just a party; it's a powerful story about human creativity, working together, and the amazing way life constantly renews itself. Las Fallas teaches us a deep lesson: how to let go of the old to make room for the new - a message that can truly change our lives. At the heart of this festival are the "fallas " themselves. These are huge, detailed satirical sculptures that often playfully yet constructively comment on human folly, corruption or societal shortcomings in today’s world. Some are as tall as buildings! These incredible artworks are the result of a whole year of hard work and teamwork by local groups called " casals fallers ."
